Refund policy
Pro Cycle will accept returns and exchanges, with proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) up to 30 days from the time of purchase.
Product being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect is subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. In most cases, a warranty claim cannot be processed until the manufacturer has received the defective item(s) and determines the cause and nature of the failure.
Product being returned or exchanged for any other reason must be unused/unworn, in all its original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
Returns or exchanges may be processed in store, or the returned product may be shipped at the customer’s expense. In the case of an exchange, replacement product will be shipped to the customer as soon as possible after the returned items are received by Pro Cycle. Please do not send packages COD, we are unable to accept them and they will be returned to the sender at their expense.
All of our products are new and unused, but in rare cases some clearance items could have acquired minor surface defects or other imperfections as a result of having been on display in our store. We would never sell a product that has had its structural or protective integrity compromised. Sale and clearance items are considered final sale.
Electrical components, undergarments, and special ordered items are considered final sale.
